Trade marks and names
The ChessDate name and the associated graphic elements (logo, visual identity) are used as a trade mark by the Publisher. The other trade marks mentioned on the Service (Apple, App Store, Sign in with Apple, Firebase, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, and so on) are the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with their terms of use.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
Terms of use
Use of the Service is governed by our Terms of Use, which set out the rules applicable to sign-up, expected behaviour, the Premium subscription and dispute resolution.
Reporting content
To report unlawful or abusive content, or content contrary to our community rules, you can use the "Report" button in the app, or write directly to [email protected]. Our team handles every report as quickly as possible, and within 72 business hours at the latest.
Liability
The Publisher endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information published. The Publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Service, under the conditions and within the limits set out in the Terms of Use.
Governing law
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to any provisions more favourable to consumers.
